Miss Wood always asks to see new office starters and he comes in looking a state. She expects a pristine office and his shirt is un-tucked, not ironed, wonky badly done tie, cuffs rolled up and non polished shoes. She asks him if he wants to work here. She has very high standards and also very hard ways of employees finding out if they have disappointed her. So he's going to find out there and then. She gets his trousers off and bent over her office desk for a caning.
